MoM insights: In June 2026, Brazil's trade values showed significant month-on-month changes. Imports from China increased by $1 billion (14.78%), while imports from Germany rose by $270.11 million (22.98%). The United States also saw an increase in imports by $259.12 million (8.07%). On the lower end, imports from Russia decreased by $501.92 million (-37.97%), and Turkmenistan saw a drop of $63.72 million (-54.22%). In terms of exports, China led with an increase of $1.99 billion (19.28%), followed by the United States with $438.74 million (14.47%). Singapore's exports surged by $406.83 million (87.99%). Conversely, exports to Portugal fell by $255.57 million (-43.32%), and Sweden's exports decreased by $183.94 million (-75.69%). Overall, total exports increased by $4.52 billion (14.25%), while imports rose by $2.45 billion (10.16%).

YoY insights: Year-on-year comparisons for June 2026 revealed notable trends. Imports from China increased by $1.66 billion (27.07%), with South Korea and Mexico also showing significant growth of $300.13 million (68.97%) and $235.47 million (46.86%), respectively. On the downside, imports from the United States decreased by $488.49 million (-12.34%). In exports, China again led with a $2.41 billion (24.43%) increase, while India saw a remarkable rise of $684.96 million (181.35%). Exports to Spain also increased by $434.2 million (87.27%). However, exports to Argentina fell by $291.98 million (-18.00%). Overall, total exports increased by $7.24 billion (24.94%), while imports rose by $3.34 billion (14.41%).
